Shipping Info
We aim to have all orders dispatched within 1 working day of receipt of your order, however please allow 3 - 5 working days from receiving your order confirmation via email for delivery.
We also have an express delivery option which costs £10 and will arrive with you the next working day, provided the order is received by 3pm.
All orders are currently dispatched by First Class Post - please be aware that some items such as the Ocusoft Pads may be too bulky to fit through a standard letter box.
Should your order not reach you within the times quoted above, please accept our apologies and please contact our Customer Services Department who will be happy to assist.

P&P IS FREE OF CHARGE FOR DELIVERIES TO MAINLAND UK AND NORTHERN IRELAND (Except when the express delivery method is selected) - unfortunately we are currently unable to ship outside these areas but please do contact us if you live outside these postal areas and we will do our best to assist you.
